Just to let you know that yes, when a broadcast message goes out to the entire Ning Community, it is an invitation for everyone, not just those who have interviewed...we thank you for your profile and know that we will be scheduling interviews for those that never had the opportunity to interview. However, you are still most welcome to read and respond to the opps as well as be selected and tour.
Of course we understand that there will be those and times when you are not selected. Our prayer is that God will continue to send "increase" so that we can offer enough work and opps to keep everyone busy. Know that the D&P Ning is open for networking and our promoters and other professional resource people are always looking.
We are looking for Tour Managers and as you read on the schedule that went out in one of the last broadcast messages to you, there will be specific and new training for all those interested. In our restructure evolution taking effect immediately, Tour Managers will play a stronger role in the needs of the company both admin, sales, promotional, collaborations and tour member/cast selection. The Board of Directors is underway along with other developments.
Just to update you, know that yes, all opps are open invites for audition, response and touring with or without an interview.

I am interested in training to be a tour manager.
I have learned alot over the years and gained some experience with merchandising overseas and stage lighting etc.
I want to grow into a tour manager position. I pray that you will consider me for this.
I learn fast. I am very patient with others.
And have alot of travel experience.
As a singer and tour manager in training I am interested in the July - August tour France I've always wanted to go there since my last name is Parris and everybody asks me if I've ever been there.LOL. The other tour I'm interested in is November-February- Germany, Belgium etc. I have great memories of Germany since the last time I was there and I love their Muesli.Cereal.
I will go where ever you send me. My schedule is flexible.
